The read-out
We check the three biggest items on screen first. You switch the key off before we hang up.
Report within five business days of the signed agreement and access. Works from ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO, WorkflowMax, Buildxact, Fergus and Xero data, using a read-only key or exports you make. Not affiliated with any of them.
The refund test
If it doesn’t find real money sitting, you don’t pay for it.
If the report doesn't show at least three separate items of A$500 or more each, or A$2,000 in total, sitting in open quotes older than 14 days, finished jobs not invoiced, or invoices more than 30 days overdue, you get your A$495 back. You can ask within 14 days of the read-out. If you tell me an item isn't real (already paid, a dead job), I take it out and test again. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What I can see, in plain words
For the Check I use job numbers, dollar amounts, dates and statuses. Customer names appear only in your report, so you can recognise the jobs. Nothing from your account goes into an AI tool during the Check. I delete your job data within 7 days of the read-out.
You switch the read-only key off yourself at the end of the read-out. Prefer not to give a key at all? Export a few reports instead.
What I don’t do
- Send messages to your customers, or phone them
- Hold, move or collect your money
- Quote a price, a scope or a date on your behalf
- Sign, lodge or pay anything
- Lock you into a contract or a platform
Probably not for you if
- Most of your work is call-outs paid on the day. There won't be much sitting, and I'll tell you so.
- You're a sole trader sending a handful of quotes a month. The Check won't pay for itself yet.

A fixed-price, five-business-day look at the last 90 days of your quotes, jobs and invoices. You get a short report with dollar figures and job numbers on quotes that went quiet, finished jobs not invoiced and overdue invoices, an estimate of the hours you spend quoting, and ten ranked fixes. It costs A$495, with no GST charged.
What's the refund test?
If the report doesn't show at least three separate items of A$500 or more each, or A$2,000 in total, sitting in open quotes older than 14 days, finished jobs not invoiced, or invoices more than 30 days overdue, you get your A$495 back. Ask within 14 days of the read-out. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is "money sitting" money I'll get back?
Not necessarily, and I won't pretend otherwise. Some quotes are dead and some invoices are already sorted. The report shows money sitting, with job numbers, so you can check each line and decide what's real.
What do you need from me?
About an hour: a 20-minute call, ten minutes to create a read-only key in your own software (or export a few reports), and a 30-minute read-out. A Xero aged receivables report helps if you have one.
What can you see, and what happens to my data?
A read-only key can see your jobs, quotes, invoices and customer details. For the Check I use job numbers, dollar amounts, dates and statuses. Nothing from your account goes into an AI tool during the Check. You switch the key off at the end of the read-out, and I delete your job data within 7 days.
Do you contact my customers or collect money?
No. I never contact your customers, and I never hold, move or collect money. The report and any drafted wording are for you to use as you choose.
What if I don't want a build afterwards?
Keep the report and use it. Several of the ten fixes are usually settings you can switch on yourself. If you do go ahead within 30 days, the A$495 comes off your first stage.
P.S. Every week a quote sits unanswered, it gets colder, and every finished job without an invoice is money you’ve already earned. The Check tells you how much, by job number, in five business days.
