Why these five
Where the owner is the bottleneck, and the money is in the quotes.
Firms with roughly 5 to 20 staff are big enough to have real money sitting in quotes and invoices, and small enough that the owner still builds or approves every quote. That’s where an assistant that drafts and waits for a yes makes the biggest difference.
Plumbing, gas, air-con, fire and electrical businesses quote installs, upgrades and replacements worth thousands of dollars. Builders and renovators quote at night with suppliers shut, and need job profit they can trust.
